I would like to thank the Committee for their invitation to judge and for their kind hospitality. The show was very well run and we had the benefit of having a huge ring. It was a pity the entry was marred by absentees. Thank you to the exhibitors who attended and for making the effort and taking my decisions in a sporting manner.
V 1 Middleton’s Ch Taysca Must Be Cartier at Dornoir JW – 8 years old Black female, tall, elegant, very feminine well chiselled head with excellent dark tight eyes, clean long neck, correct front, chest down to elbow, straight bone with tight feet, compact with a strong top line and correct croup, she moved with drive for a Veteran, with excellent character and colour Best Veteran
MPD 1 Stanton & Latham - Roshanun Chattahoochee – just 6 months harlequin, he has an excellent head with good drop of lip and good length of foreface, correct bite, tight eyes, one blue, with clean neck and well filled front, he has strong straight bone and a strong top line, good rear angulation, tight feet, he moved with purpose, well marked with good pigment and clear underground white colour 2 Nunn, Patch & Nunn - Roshanun Conquistador – litter brother to 1, lighter type with excellent head with long foreface, correct bite and very appealing expression, kind dark, tight eyes, long, clean neck into clean whithers and strong top line, he is compact with good bone and tight feet, correct front and rear angulation with good turn of stifle. He is very well marked with clean white underground and correct torn patches and clean white front, he has a good character, just a bit loose on the move today
PD 1 Tempest - Adoradane Yellowstone – 8 months mantle, tall, well grown, he has a masculine head with dark, tight eyes, correct teeth, enough neck, well filled front, strong bone with tight feet, he is compact with correct depth of chest to elbow, he has good body cover and substance, strong top line, well muscled rear with correct angulation and low hocks, he moved steady with drive 2 Simpson - Verstappen Du Mont Toise (Imp Fra) 11 months Blue, tall, upstanding with strong masculine balanced head with good clean tight eyes, correct dentition, he has a long crested neck with correct neck set and shoulder placement, his front is still to fill and drop yet, he has strong, straight bone with tight feet, he has well muscled rear quarters and enough rear angulation and correct tail set. He has a nice outline but is very raw and his movement will improve with maturity
JD 1 Tasker & Molloy -Newartdane Mars - 17 months Black, maturing nicely, good colour and coat condition, his head has still to mature, he has correct clean, tight, dark eyes, good bite, with good ear set , long clean neck into correct whithers, correct depth of chest with good tuck up, filled front, standing on lovely tight feet, he has a clean strong top line, compact with correct rear angles, he is alert and moved well with drive
GD 1 Pendleton-Watkins - Goldania’s King of Drago JW - 2 years old, Brindle, very well marked with golden clear underground and correct brindling. He has a super, masculine head of correct proportions, good ear set, clean, clear, tights eyes with dark pigment. He has a strong neck into well filled front, correct dentition, strong top line into correct croup. He has straight strong bone with good feet. He has good body condition with well muscled rear quarters and correct rear angulation. He moved well when he was moved a bit faster
LD 1 Palmer - Adoradane Charlton (A1) 2 years old Harlequin of good size and substance, pleasing masculine head with tight eyes, one blue and one dark eye, good bite with big, clean white teeth, clean neck into good shoulders and neck set, good depth of chest and tuck up, he stands on tight feet, he is short coupled with a strong top line, strong well muscled rear quarters, he is very well marked with clear white background and good torn black patches, he moved freely and with drive, slightly close behind, carries his tail slightly high, outgoing temperament 2 Nunn - Roshanun Volare 5 years old Harlequin this boy has a pleasing masculine head with correct planes and good length of muzzle, he has a very melting expression with kind dark eyes and good ear set, long clean neck with correct shoulder angulation and well filled front and depth of chest, his top line is strong with a correct croup and tail set, he has strong bone, with front feet standing slightly splayed. excellent colour with clean white background and well torn black patches He was a bit sluggish on the move today
OD 1 Chappell - Ch Selmalda Jealous Guy (A1) 5 years old, big, dark brindle male, masculine head with correct drop of lip and head planes, he has dark well set eyes with a narrow backskull, correct dentition, he has a strong clean dry neck into clean neck set and whithers. His front is well filled and chest is down to the elbows, tight padded feet, has strong, straight bone, he is short coupled and stands four square with clean lines, he has a correct turn of stifle and good width of second thigh, he excelled in movement and was well presented and handled with a calm temperament. He was easily DCC & BOB today and I was pleased to award this to him 2 Martin - Keishant Zeus – 5 years old, tall fawn male with black mask, strong masculine head with correct head planes and correct length of muzzle, he has tight, dark eyes, correct bite, good ear set, he has a clean, strong crested neck of good length into clean whithers, correct shoulders placement, well filled front and straight strong bone and tight feet, correct depth of chest, he is well covered with good tuck up, he has a strong top line and correct tail set, he has correct rear angulation. He moved well and I was pleased to award him the Reserve CC which I understand gives him his crown under the new Kennel Club system.
MPB 1 Bliss - Stagbatch Pandora’s Dream 6 months old Mantle with pleasing feminine good head planes and stop, long muzzle, kind dark eyes, dry long neck, correct bite, well filled front, nice neck set into clean whithers, she is compact with a correct croup and tail set, her bone is straight with big, tight catlike feet, she has good substance, correct rear angulation, she move out well and steady 2 Kingsley - Fontanarossa Fait Accompli for Dainoak 6 months old Harlequin with very feminine head long muzzle and correct bite, she has a long clean neck, her front is filled and has correct depth of chest. She has correct front and rear angles and is well off for rear angulation but her feet front and are a bit flat at the moment. She is nicely marked with white background and black patches. She moved well once she settled into her stride
PB 1 White - Jutlander’s Eat your Heart Out at Taradanes , 11 months, fawn, middle sized, very pretty with a lovely feminine head of good shape, proportions and stop, she has kind, alert almond shaped dark eyes and a black mask, correct dentition, she has a long clean neck into a well filled front, tight feet, she is compact in body with good covering over the ribs, well muscled rear quarters and correct hocks, she stands four square and her strong back end, she moved straight and true, lovely type with a nice outline 2 Page & Concannon - Novavida Shieldmaiden – 10 months Fawn, taller type, very feminine head with long muzzle with black mask, she has a narrow backskull with dark eyes, she has a long clean neck, correct straight bone standing on good tight feet, clean whithers and strong top line, she is long in the loin, still maturing, she moved well and was well presented and handled
JB 1 Pendleton-Watkins - Goldania’s Princess Etain – 11 months old Fawn with black mask, pretty feminine head with planes of equal length, dark, tight eyes, correct bite, long crested neck, with correct lay of shoulder and filled front, correct depth to elbow, strong top line into correct set of croup and tail set, she is compact in body with good body condition, moved well 2 Page & Concannon - Novavida When Birds Sing – 13 months, good sized Blue with lovely headpiece, correct head planes and correct drop of lip, good tight eyes and correct dentition, clean long neck, good front with strong, straight bone and nicely padded feet, she is compact with strong top line and correct croup, correct turn of stifle and well placed hocks, excellent colour and coat, she moved out well
NB 1 White - Jutlander’s Eat your Heart Out at Taradanes - was 1st in Puppy bitch 2 Kingsley - Simangaliso Spirit of Dainoak – just 6 months baby Blue puppy, very feminine head with tight dark eyes, correct bite, long clean neck into good lay of shoulder, good angulation front and rear, moved well when she got going, just lost out on maturity, good colour
GB 1 Page & Concannon - Novavida Shieldmaiden – 2nd in Puppy 2 Kingsley - Simangaliso Spirit of Dainoak - 2nd in Novice
PGB 1 Prazak & Dickson - Kaallana Jawska Seraphina - 17 months Black, good sized, upstanding female, very feminine in outline, she has a feminine head with lovely tight dark eyes, good bite, needs a bit more front but she is still maturing, tight feet, long, dry neck, well tucked up with good croup and well of for angulation, super shiny black colour and coat, she was 3rd in Junior
LB 1 Worsley - Primus Encore Avec Malpa – 3 years old elegant fawn, excellent feminine head with good proportions, and correct drop of lip, dark, tight eyes and black mask, correct dentition, long dry neck, good front angulation and front, correct neck set into good whithers, strong top line, with good turn of stifle, moved with drive, I was pleased to award her the Reserve CC 2 Martin - Keisant Athena - 3 years old elegant fawn, very elegant head with correct head planes with dark tight eyes and black mask, correct bite, long clean neck, well filled front, good depth of brisket, moderate shoulder placement, strong top line, good body condition and underline, moved well
OB 1 Tempest - Adoradane Licence to Kill (AI) – 3 years old Harlequin female of good size, she has a very feminine head piece with good planes, dark eyes and appealing expression, correct teeth and good ear carriage. long and clean in the neck, correct front angles, well filled front, chest down to elbows, correct top line, short coupled in body, correct rear angulation, she was shown in great condition and powered around the ring with ease, To top it off she is very well marked with a clean, clear white underground, Just coming into her own and I was pleased to award her 1st CC. 2 Martin - Keishant Venus – 5 years old, Fawn , tall with a strong head with good head planes and drop of lip and good proportions, dark eyes, correct bite, she has a clean crested neck, with a clean line to her whithers. She is well off for bone which is straight with good tight feet and filled front, she has a strong top line, bit long in the loin, she has strong hind quarters and well muscled second thigh, she moved out well and free, shame she was out of coat today.
